totally else than cheap....

Discount comes usually products that are old, perhaps old fashion, but on toys they works well.
Chains put old stock places like Saiturinpörssi, OverStock.com and AliexpressAliexpress where you may buy cheap stuff easily. Amazon UK and USA/Canada also sells old stocks.

Buying new toys on cheap you need find distributor who sells toys directly from origin
on mail order directly to your home. These perhaps won't works directly on eBay or Amazon.
Aliexpress is one like that company
